Dr. Rikee Bohra

Dr. Rikee Bohra is a dedicated Pain Physician with a strong academic background and extensive clinical experience in anaesthesiology. Graduating from JJM Medical College and Hospital with an MBBS degree, Dr. Bohra further pursued specialization in Anaesthesiology, completing MD at Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Bhubaneswar. Driven by a passion for alleviating pain and enhancing patient well-being, Dr. Bohra is currently pursuing a fellowship in Neuroanaesthesia at Max Hospital, Dehradun.

With a solid foundation in medical education and training, Dr. Bohra has honed clinical skills through various professional roles. Notably, serving as a Senior Registrar in the Department of Anaesthesia at Max Hospital, Dehradun, and as a Senior Resident at Calcutta National Medical College and Hospital and Fortis Kolkata, Dr. Bohra has demonstrated expertise in managing diverse patient populations, including COVID and non-COVID ICU patients.

Dr. Bohra‘s commitment to excellence is evident through certifications in ACLS and BLS, participation in workshops such as cricothyroidotomy, and completion of a fellowship in Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Management at Care Hospital. Furthermore, Dr. Bohra‘s achievements include winning the first prize in a short case presentation at the PG Assembly.

In clinical practice, Dr. Bohra has proficiently managed patients under general and regional anaesthesia, showcasing competence in administering various surgical procedures independently. Additionally, Dr. Bohra is well-versed in central lines, dialysis lines, and treatment protocols for COVID patients, having managed COVID ICU independently for multiple rounds.

Technically adept, Dr. Bohra is skilled in ultrasound-guided regional blocks, effectively managing ICU patients and utilizing basic computer applications. Fluent in English and Hindi, Dr. Bohra fosters effective communication and rapport with patients and colleagues alike, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care delivery.
